A short, practical answer with the length, the evidence and the follow-up in mind.
Answer with an adjacent piece of evidence, then name what you would have to learn. Nobody expects a perfect match; they expect an honest account of the gap and a plan for closing it. A line such as "I have not run activation for enterprise accounts, but I have run the same flow for small teams, and here is how I would find out what changes at your scale" is stronger than a claim you cannot support.
