Send the part you want comments on, and name its size.
Send the part you want comments on, and name its size. If the paper is long, attach the whole draft for context but say explicitly that you are only asking about one section. Two pages and one question is a reasonable first request; twelve pages and no question is not. The exception is a short paper that is already complete, where the whole document is the natural unit and the ask should name the two or three decisions you are least sure about.
