How can I improve my English speaking by myself if I have no one to practise with?
Do both halves aloud. The countable half is the tracker above: sixty-second prompts, pause counts, sentences finished. The production half is the five habits, all solo by design, because a partner adds unpredictability rather than basics. Keep a week-one recording to compare.

Two additions help when there is genuinely nobody to talk to. First, play your week-one recording at 1.25x speed: the pauses you did not notice at normal speed become obvious, and you can count them on paper while the audio runs. Second, borrow a listener for ten minutes a month rather than a teacher: send one two-minute voice note to a friend who speaks English and ask a single question, which words did you not catch? A listener's answer is the one piece of feedback a solo routine cannot produce, and ten minutes a month is enough to get it.
