Not before the session. Grammar work pays off in the ten minutes after one, when you have a single sentence that failed and a reason to remember it. Two tests tell you whether you need grammar now: can you say all three sentences without stopping, and can you ask for a repeat with one fixed phrase? While either answer is no, another grammar chapter changes nothing about your next session.
