TOEIC リスニング リーディング 練習問題で Part 2 の質問応答を形から見抜く

Part 2 では1つの質問と3つの応答が流れ、印刷されるのは問題番号だけ、再生は1回だけなので、速さとは形を見抜くことです。形式に関する事実は、2026年11月2日に読んだ ETS 発行の受験者ハンドブックとサンプルテストフォームに基づきます。

Part 2 が測るもの

Part 2 は約45分のリスニングセクション100問のうち25問で、1つの質問または発話と3つの応答が流れ、どれも印刷されません。Part 1 は写真6問、Part 3 は39問、Part 4 は30問です。

Part 1 では動作を言い当てますが、Part 2 では一度聞いた文の形を言い当てるので、ここでの誤答はたいてい形の取り違えです。

7つの質問形式とそれぞれが求める形

繰り返された語がたいてい誤りになる理由

誤った応答は作られており、大きく4つの型でほとんどを説明できます。

1. 反復: Where's the new fax machine? に I'll send a fax tomorrow. と答えるのは fax を借りているだけで、何も答えていません。
2. ずれた要素: 別の疑問詞への流暢な応答で、たとえば場所の質問に時間で返すものです。
3. 正しいが応答でない: 正確でも答えになっておらず、たとえば誰が送ったかを問う質問に請求書についてコメントするものです。
4. 似た音: market を moving の代わりに聞くようなもので、つづりがないため耳が勝手に補完します。

3秒判断ルール

3つ目の応答のあとに短い間があり、そのあと次の質問が来ます。

1. 1秒目: 形式を言い当てる。表の1行です。
2. 2秒目: 期待する形を言い当てる。語ではなく形です。
3. 3秒目: 決断する。合う最初の応答を選び、印を付けて止めます。

何も合わなければ、正しい疑問詞に答えている応答を選んで先へ進みます。未記入の問題は2倍の損失になります。

罠: Why 疑問文、付加疑問、発話

Why did the shipment arrive late? は原因を求めます。By Thursday. はいつに答え、Yes, it arrived. は yes/no に答えています。

付加疑問は応答を発話内容に向けます。You've booked the room, haven't you? は Not yet, this morning. で決着します。

発話は何も問いませんし、否定疑問のあとの単なる yes は意味が反転します。

20問ドリルと9問の解説

1〜9問目は、キーワード、形、各ダミー選択肢の罠という観点で1行ずつ分解します。1〜5問目は ETS 公表のサンプル、6〜9問目は本記事で作成したものです。

Part 2 を完全な TOEIC リスニング リーディング 練習問題に組み込む

まず Part 2 に10分を割り当てます。

1. 4分: 20問を再生なしで印を付けて解きます。
2. 6分: 間違いごとに1行を書き、それが指す表の行を確認します。
3. そのあとが本番です。TOEIC リスニング リーディング 練習問題を Part ごとに、Part 2 を組み込んだ形で解きます。

4週間の記録を、週に1行: 最も読み違えた形式、最も失点した罠、25点満点中の自分のスコア。
